I am opening this a little earlier then I really wanted to but issues that people are having with some Vendors makes me think this is the best time. I was hoping to have more parts listed in the section but I am hoping everyone here can help me add the items that they have each purchased in the past and maybe some just for the hell of it.

85. SwitchHack
Bypass your Application launcher. Switch back the most recently run application with a single stroke. With a different stroke, get a menu of the ten most recently run applications. It's like AltTab for the PalmPilot. Shareware
http://www.deskfree.com/SwitchHack.html
SwitchHack 1.62 Do you only run one Palm program? Of course you don't! SwitchHack provides a simple and fast method to switch between recent Palm applications. Launch a program (via launcher, hardware buttons or silk buttons) and you can switch to the original program with a single stroke. Apply the stroke a second time and you have switched back to the new program. It's like they are both running at the same time! But SwitchHack now goes even further. Bypass your launcher to turbocharge your Palm productivity. SwitchHack now gives you, with a single stroke, an instant menu of the ten most recently run applications for you to select by name. Why wade through the screens of icons to return to a program you were recently running?
You know where you want to go, so just go there! SwitchHack still gives you the convenience of toggling between two applications, but now gives instant access to TEN applications at once. But not a pre-determined set of ten applications, SwitchHack offers you the most important applications - those you are currently using. As a bonus, SwitchHack will return to the last viewed/edited address when switching back to the Address Book application, rather tham returning to the list of addresses. This makes transcribing an address much easier as you don't have to keep finding the particular address each time you switch back.

Both are active in early childhood, but later, the brain specializes and one side becomes "passive" and non-verbal. One way we know there are two speech centers is because some people who learn a second language store it on the right side. If they have a stroke in the left hemisphere, they can speak, but only the second language! The hands are linked to each language center. So, after this kind of stroke, if we do not employ the other hand to access language on the other side of the brain, it is like trying to drive the car with a flat tire, when all we need to do is "open the trunk" and get out the spare!" Study: Light drinking may cut stroke risk
Story Tools RELATED Interactive: Guidelines for stroke prevention American Stroke Association National Stroke Association Journal of the American Medical Association (CNN) Studies have indicated that drinking alcohol in moderation can cut heart attack risks, and new research supports the theory that the same holds true for preventing strokes. "Light to moderate alcohol consumption may be protective against ... stroke while heavy alcohol consumption increases the risk," said Kristi Reynolds, a doctoral student at Tulane University and co-author of the study, which is published in this week's Journal of the American Medical Association. Tulane University researchers reviewed 35 studies from 1983 to 2002 and concluded that one to two drinks a day is associated with an almost 30 percent lower risk of stroke, the third leading cause of death in the United States. But the findings don't mean the public should start an alcohol habit. The research also found that heavy drinkers increased their risk of stroke by more than 60 percent, canceling out any health benefits of alcohol.

American Stroke Association HEALTH LIBRARY Health Library All about strokes YOUR E-MAIL ALERTS Minority Groups San Diego (California) Boston University or Create your own Manage alerts What is this? SAN DIEGO, California (AP) An ominous and increasingly common mix of obesity and other health ills, known as metabolic syndrome, has been found to roughly double the risk of a stroke. Doctors have recently come to appreciate the importance of this combination of bad health signs, largely because it often foreshadows heart attacks and the development of diabetes. Diabetes itself significantly increases the risk of strokes the nation's third-leading killer. Now, new research shows that metabolic syndrome also appears to be a powerful trigger of strokes, even in people who do not yet have diabetes. "Metabolic syndrome is a major health hazard, as we learn more and more about it, particularly in women and minorities, but we have known very little about its relationship to strokes," said Dr. Edgar Kenton of Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia.

ASHUK Factsheet on smoking and chronic heart disease, arterial disease, aneurysms, vascular disease, and stroke.
http://www.ash.org.uk/html/factsheets/html/fact06.html
factsheet no:6 Smoking, the heart and circulation Action on Smoking and Health – August Introduction Each year, tobacco smoking accounts for around 26,000 deaths from coronary heart disease in the UK - approximately 17% of all heart disease deaths (23% of deaths in men and 11% in women). The UK has some of the highest heart disease deaths in the world. In order to reduce this toll, the Government has introduced the National Service Framework (NSF) on Coronary Heart Disease (CHD) which will provide the means for achieving the target of cutting CHD and stroke by 40% by 2010. The first phase of the plan includes a requirement for all health authorities to set up smoking cessation services; as employers to have smoking policies; and to help establish programmes to reduce smoking in the local population. What is Coronary Heart Disease (CHD)? The heart needs a steady supply of blood to function effectively. Coronary heart disease is a general term that describes conditions caused by an interrupted or diminished blood flow through the coronary arteries to the heart muscle. The most common way that this flow of oxygen-rich blood becomes reduced is by the build up of fatty deposits (atherosclerosis) or the formation of a blood clot (thrombosis) in the arteries.

A display table graced with most of the parts in a DeltaHawk engine was a testament to the engine’s simplicity and captured the group’s attention. Doug gave a brief description of the design concepts and functional testing that went into most of the major components. Flight critical parts and redundancies were an important part of the exchange. The consensus of the group seemed to be that heavy fuel engines such as DeltaHawk loomed large in the future of General and Experimental Aviation. Pain medications often provide some reduction of pain, but not complete relief of pain, for those affected by central pain syndrome. Tricyclic antidepressants such as nortriptyline or anticonvulsants such as neurontin (gabapentin) can be useful. Lowering stress levels appears to reduce pain. What is the prognosis?
