R osacea is a common, but often overlooked, skin condition that can lead to significant facial disfigurement, emotional suffering, and serious ocular complications if left untreated. Little is known about the epidemiology of rosacea, but the condition most frequently occurs in persons between 30 and 50 years of age and in fair-skinned persons of northern European descent. Studies have shown that women are affected about two to three times more frequently than men. Rosacea may be underdiagnosed because patients may not discuss the symptoms with their physician and because some physicians may not recognize the disorder. Rosacea may be overlooked in nonwhites because of a low index of suspicion or because skin pigmentation results in an atypical presentation. Ocular complications and late manifestations of rosacea may occur in a disproportionate number of dark-skinned persons.

    Rosacea
Rosacea, or acne rosacea, is a skin disorder leading to redness and pimples on the nose, forehead, cheekbones, and chin. The inflamed pimples and redness of rosacea can look a great deal like acne, but blackheads are almost never present. It is a fairly common disorder with about one in every twenty Americans is afflicted with it. Rosacea is most common in white women between the ages of 30 and 60. When it occurs in men, it tends to be more severe and may eventually cause the nose to become red and enlarged (rhinophyma). Fair-skinned individuals and people who flush easily seem to be more susceptible to this condition.
Rosacea becomes progressively worse in many of those affected. The real cause of rosacea is now thought to be a tendency to flush and blush in a person with sun damage. Sun damages the supporting fibers of the small blood vessels just under the surface of the skin, allowing the vessels to stretch out (become permanently dilated). The damaged blood vessels leak fluid when flushing occurs, resulting in blotchy red areas. Swelling occurs, but is not usually so prominent to be very visible. The first sign most people see are small red pimples and pustules (pus-filled whiteheads). The redness can come and go and may be tender, inflamed and sensitive to the touch. Later, the skin tissue can swell and thicken. Eventually the redness and swelling can become permanent.
Eventually the capillaries become visible through the skin's surface; these are called telangiectasis. They often start on the sides of the nose. In a fair, delicate skin predisposed to rosacea, anything that makes one flush will promote rosacea and telangiectasis. A person's lifestyle and habits can be the skin's worst enemy. The more blood vessels one has near the surface of the skin, the more one is likely to flush and stay flushed

    Rosacea
    What is rosacea?
Rosacea is a skin disease that affects the middle third of the face, causing persistent redness over the areas of the face and nose that normally blush mainly the forehead, the chin and the lower half of the nose. The tiny blood vessels in these areas enlarge (dilate) and become more visible through the skin, appearing like tiny red lines (called telangiectasias). Pimples can occur in rosacea that resemble teenage acne. In fact, rosacea is frequently mistaken for acne and is also referred to as acne rosacea. Is rosacea like acne?
Rosacea is basically different than acne. Unlike common acne, rosacea is not primarily a plague of teenagers, but occurs most often in adults (ages 30 to 50), especially those with fair skin. Different than acne, there are no blackheads or whiteheads in rosacea. Rosacea strikes both sexes. It tends to be more frequent in women but more severe in men.

    77. Acne Scars & Adult Acne Treatment
Acne and scar treatment natural cream for acne, rosacea skin lesions, pimples, zits, scar tissues, even chicken pox scarring. Triggers skin regeneration, kills acne vulgaris, acts as antiinflammatory.
    http://abateacne.com/
Avoiding acne scars by treating acne breakouts. Acne scars can be avoided by treating teen or adult acne breakouts in their early stage, when inflammation has not yet destroyed the tissue surrounding pimples, and before holes (ice-pick or pitted scars), marks or bumps appear on your skin (raised, hyperthropic or even keloid scarring). Treatment of acne scars is most effective if skin regeneration is triggered and accelerated while scars are still in the process of healing and connective tissues have not yet replaced normal and softer collagen skin fibers. In other words if treatment or removal is pursued within a period of two years, for that much time it takes for your body to repair the damage inflicted with its own resources and a little help. Acne Treatment Scar Treatment Stretch Marks Treatment
Old acne scars can be successfully reduced or removed with procedures that eliminate most of the hard tissues that forms to reconnect the broken dermis. But only if at the same time your body starts reproducing new healthy tissues to replace the damaged cells that are taken away. And if it does so quickly. The speed depends on your neurological system recognizing the appropriate triggers are in place.
Effective results for acne scars can be achieved by applying the cream at least twice a day every day for two to four months if scars are new and for longer if they are old or very deep. Significant improvements will be noticed within 4 weeks. Ice-pick scars can be improved too.
