Där skriver han 1671 den 3 och 4 november "Wedh uthmedlan och bytte mellan S.H. Oloufs å den ene sidan och S. Lars Hanssons barn å den andre sidan såsom och jorden, nempligen, åkerjordh". Detta klargör att ett släktskap finns. Och då bör rimligen Olaus Henricis 2:a hustru Kerstin Gudmundsdotter vara syster till Lars Hanssons hustru (Anna) Gudmundsdotter

    Extractions: search visiting exhibitions online let's talk ... visiting the exhibition The sculptor Henry Moore attended the Royal College of Art in South Kensington between 1921 and 1924. He was an avid museum-goer and was particularly struck by the mathematical models here. In the late 1930s he made a series of carved wood and string forms based on these surfaces and in 1960 an edition of 10 bronze forms. One of these, 'Stringed Figure 1938/60', is at the Tate Gallery. Inv. 1896-0506 Henrici taught mechanical engineering at the City and Guilds College, South Kensington, in the late 19th Century. This model follows the formula: xyz=k 3, (x+y+z-1)3. On it are drawn the 27 straight lines that can be found on a cubic surface, but in this case the lines form three groups of nine so appear as three. Mathematical surface models provided ideal material for the Surrealists. In 1936 they held a mould-breaking exhibition in London. The catalogue cover for this exhibition included illustrations of three surface models available in the late 19th century. Max Ernst, a well-known surrealist, frequently used mathematical surface models in unusual contexts, these have been identified recently by Gabriele Werner.

Later, in order to differentiate between people with the same given name, a short description of the person or his origin was added to the given name. For example Olof the Red beard, John the Wild, Carl the Red Nose, Anders from Lida or Lida-Anders. There are many examples of names like this in the Bible, John the Baptist, John the Evangelist etc. Most cultures also started to use the father's name to separate two individuals to avoid confusion about who a person with a certain given name really was. A second name was added that derived from that of the person's a father or paternal ancestor, usually by the addition of a suffix or prefix meaning "son". This name is what we now call a patronymic name. In the patronymic naming system the "son" affix is usually attached to the father's given name, however it is also possible to attach it to the father's occupation (e.g., Clerkson). Sometimes a patronymic name is simply the father's given name (Thomas, Edward) or its genitive form (Edwards). In some cultures the patronymic naming practice varies according to the sex of the child: In the Scandinavian countries, sons receive a patronymic ending of -son (e.g., Andersson) and daughters a form ending in -dotter (e.g., Andersdotter). A similar situation holds true in Russia.

Probsten Mag: Erich Falanders Document:» och som av handstilen att döma kan dateras till tidigt 1700-tal, synes vara en kopia av biskop Johan Terserus' anteckningar från den genealogiskt betydelsefulla österbottniska visitationsresan febr.-mars 1660 . Därom vittnar redan ingressen: »Störste delen af Prästfamilierne i Österbottn äro komne ifrån Wästerbottn, dem jag efter noga efterfrågan uti Visit: 1660 i Febr. och Martii månader hafwer funit sålunda vara beskaffade». Någon diskussion av handskriftens källvärde varken kan eller vill jag i detta sammanhang inlåta mig på. Den kritiska granskning av »Genealogia Sursillianas» äldre partier, vilken är under förberedande av A. I LMONIEMI , kommer säkert i sinom tid att skänka en närmare inblick i denna fråga. Det synes dock som om vi här hade att göra med en någorlunda vederhäftig avskrift av den ursprungliga »Sursilliana», med den första fasen i den tvåhundraåriga redigeringsprocess som utmynnar i E. R. Alcenius' tryckta utgåva av 1850.
