Visalia Times-Delta As Tulare County Symphony Director David André explained in his last Music Talk column, the guest artists performing in this Saturday's concert at the Fox Theatre are to arrive here this week from the Ukraine. My research into the country and its cultural riches has been enlightening. While the music in Saturday's program is of the utmost importance, I find that some knowledge of the ethnic background of the artists adds to their performances. Ukraine is situated in the southeastern part of Central Europe and has its own territory, government, national emblem, flag and anthem. It shares land borders with Russia, Byelorussia, Moldova, Slovakia, Hungary and Poland.
