The title of this article comes from a 1981 recording of saxophonist/composer Paul Cram entitled Blue Tales In Time ORCHESTRAS: The very idea of forming an orchestra is daunting. To compose and arrange the music, organize musicians, rehearse, produce concerts, tours and recordings, an almost impossible dream. But that would appear to have been Paul Cram's destiny.
