Opera will offer a production of Stephen Sondheim's A Little Night Music Los Angeles Opera will perform Stephen Sondheim's A Little Night Music next summer in the city's Dorothy Chandler Pavilion, according to a report in Daily Variety The production will be the first summer offering by the company in its 18-year history. It is the same production as the one previously presented by New York City Opera, which featured actor Jeremy Irons. The musical is famous for its signature song, "Send in the Clowns."
