Snakeboarding is easy to learn. Once you've mastered the basics you have quick steering and total control in any direction. Snakeboarding is such a new way to move that it may appear to be difficult - but, with a little instruction, most people get the motion in half an hour. The key advantage of the Snakeboard is that riders can generate a forward motion, even uphill, from a standstill position without their feet ever touching the ground. The Snakeboard's steerability makes it easy to maneuver and fun to ride. -Place feet outward on each footplate.
-Turn toes in. Turn toes out.
-Start with your toes in and both of your arms to one side of your body.
-Turn your toes out and swing your arms in the direction you want to move.
-Turn your toes in and swing both arms back to position #4
-Repeat steps #4-6 until you have achieved a fluid forward movement.

... History of Streetboarding News Homies! Streetboarding is on TV again in Utah. Tonight it will be showing on the X-Zone on the Park City Television station (channel 3 for comcast) at 10pm. Check it out, it's a short version of the Dimension Promo with added smash's. It's gonna be awesome. Next weekend there is a huge event in Nantes, France. Other 30 guys will be attending including some of the Dimension Pro Team. More info on this event soon.
Spain streetboard jam on the 8th-11th of April in Malaga, Spain. Sergi Nicolas from Flymasters is helping plan the event. There is a good possibility that there will be a "best trick comp" as well. Contact Sergi at Sergi_nicolas@hotmail.com for more information. Frontal just had a conversation with Jay Nowman (from True Skool) and Sergi Nicolas (Dimension Pro Team Rider). They just got kicked off the train while going to the Newport contest for climbing in the windows. I guess they get mad when you do that. Sounds super fun.
The Newport contest is tomorrow in the UK, sounds like the largest European events this year. 4 guys from Spain, 2-3 guys from Germany, and millions of English, all battling. Should be wicked cool. We will hear more tomorrow, and we will have an update right here.
