La spina dorsale e la parte posteriore del collo sono allungate delicatamente verso l'alto, ma le spalle devono essere rilassate. L' estremità inferiore dell' arco appoggia sul ginocchio di sinistra ed è tenuta in modo che la curva superiore sia in linea con il centro del corpo.
