Cardio Kickboxing Cardio Kickboxing - also known as aerobic kickboxing - incorporates hand and foot techniques from boxing and Taekwondo, in an hour of focused cardiovascular and muscular conditioning, all played to high energy beats Workout intensity depends on the individual: techniques can be performed for both high and low impact. It's ideal for those who like to learn while they burn. You will sweat! Complimentary hand wraps and jump ropes are included for punching and footwork drills. "On wrapping hands and jumping rope " Quick information and tutorials on hand wraps for boxing workouts and jump rope exercising for that extra cardio conditioning and all-body muscle toning.
Class Information:
Drawing on our strong background in technical martial arts, the classes are taught so that the kicks and punches are true to the mechanistic details that make them effective techniques in their respective sports. Basiclly, we pay attention to having proper body position and dynamics, as well as to the obvious aerobic benefit of the workout. Hope you'll join us!
Format: 2 classes per week

I will share the 7 Rules of Fat Loss that need to be followed in order to achieve maximum permanent fat loss along with increased muscle tone. Fat Loss Rules Fat Loss Rule #1: Consume less calories than your body burns for five days a week. You need to consume approximately 500 calories less than what your body burns (maintenance amount) as if you do not create a caloric deficit, no matter what you do, you will not lose fat! However, it is important that over the weekends you increase your calories by 700 over the maintenance amount. This is necessary in order to prevent the metabolism from slowing down. Fat Loss Rule #2: Be more concerned with the way you look in the mirror (or in pictures) and your waist size rather than with your total body weight in the scale. Scale measurement does not distinguish between the amount of fat and muscle that you have so do not focus only reaching a particular number.
