She is a two-time silver medallist in the World Extreme-Freeskiing Championships, and the host and head instructor for the popular Kirsty Exner's Women's Freeskiing Camps held at Red Mountain.
Kirsty has also successfully completed her BGS and works as a Pilates instructor and personal trainer when she's not riding or skiing! During the summer months, she works as a mountain bike instructor, sharing her infectious enthusiasm for riding.

The word aerobic literally means "with oxygen" or "in the presence of oxygen." Aerobic exercise is any activity that uses large muscle groups, can be maintained continuously for a long period of time and is rhythmic in nature. Aerobic activity trains the heart, lungs and cardiovascular system to process and deliver oxygen more quickly and efficiently to every part of the body. As the heart muscle becomes stronger and more efficient, a larger amount of blood can be pumped with each stroke. Fewer strokes are then required to rapidly transport oxygen to all parts of the body.     An exercise to music session which mainly improves the efficiency of heart and lungs (cardiovascular fitness) by using a mixture of both high impact (e.g. star jumps) and low impact (e.g. step) moves set to contemporary music to create a high intensity class.
    Aqua Aerobics
    Aquatic-aerobics simply means water aerobics and the classes take place in the shallow end of the swimming pool. The intensity of the exercises can be high enough to tax even the fittest participants due to the resistance of the water to movement but the water also slows down the speed of movement so the class is suitable for the less agile. It is also ideal for newcomers to exercise, the over-weight, and those with joint problems as the body weight is partially supported by the water thereby reducing the impact forces.
    'Ballroom / Latin Dance'
    Join in the beginners classes and learn in a friendly atmosphere timeless and sophisticated ballroom dances - trendy and cheeky latin American dance moves working on the basic steps through to simple variations. Improvers sessions are for the more advanced who wish to concentrate on raising their skill and technique.
    'Belly Dancing'
