Collected Works in Mathematics and Statistics
This is a list of Mathematics and Statistics collected works that can be found at Dalhousie University and at other Halifax universities. The vast majority of these works are located in the Killam Library on the Dalhousie campus. A guide to other locations is given at the end of this list. If a title is owned by both Dalhousie and another university, only the Dalhousie site is listed. For all locations, and for full bibliographic details, see the NOVANET library catalogue This list was compiled, and the collection is being enlarged, with the invaluable help of the Bibliography of Collected Works maintained by the Cornell University Mathematics Library. The thumbnail sketches of mathematicians were taken from the MacTutor History of Mathematics Archive at the University of St. Andrews. He addressed to participants of his seminar and other interlocutors using characteristic phrase: Orlicz collaborated with several mathematicians. Collaboration with Mazur was especially fruitful. They wrote a dozen of joint papers and their results are among classical theorems. When in 1960 Hugo Steinhaus was writing about Banach he emphasised that (cf. Pytania i odpowiedzi
Miasto Lwów to miasto centralne obwodu lwowskiego, którego liczba mieszkañcow wynosi 2,6 mln osób na ogó³nej powerzchni 21,8 tys.km kw. Sta³a liczba mieszkañcow miasta to oko³o 830 tyœ. oœob, a codziennie z pobliskich wsi doje¿d¿a do pracy do miasta, a tak¿e zwiedza Lwów z wycieczkami jeszcze ponad 200 tys.osób.

Ratusz
Markla, F.Tretera, A.Vondraski.
