Bardin, John Franklin, 1916-
[Paris] : Terrain vague : E. Losfeld, 1989. 217 p. ; 21 cm. (Bibliothèque de l'insolite) ISBN 2-85208-105-9. SDM: 8912731 [A 5] [Titre original: Devil take the blue-tail fly. [Paris] : Terrain vague, 1991. 196 p. ; 21 cm. (Bibliothèque de l'insolite) ISBN 2-85208-132-6. SDM: 9108284 [A 5] [Titre original: The deadly percheron.] Paris : J. Losfeld, 2000. 196 p. ; 19 cm. (Arcanes) ISBN 2-84412-060-1. SDM: A016816 [A 5]

Edit Your Page I began researching my roots in 1979. I grew up in Montour County and upper Northumberland County, Pennsylvania where most of my lines have lived for 5 or so generations or the 1790's. This area includes:
* Turbotville and Lewis Township, Northumberland County
* Anthony and Limestone Townships of Montour County
* New Columbia and White Deer Township of Union County
I have found that before settling in the above areas that the vast majority of them came from Northampton, Lehigh, Berks, and Montgomery Counties of Pennsylvania. Also, that they were Protestant and came mainly from Germany (the Palatines) and arrived in Philadelphia in the 1730-1750's. Several branches appear in western New Jersey (now Warren Co.) sometime before the late 1700's. I view the purpose of this web page as an attempt to meet cousins and share information. I welcome your visit and hope that it might be helpful in your research.
