FWIW "Scotland the Brave" is the greatest march ever played. craig 12:02 PM Hey, I just remembered i like baseball Pittsburgh 5, Chi Cubs 4, 10 innings PITTSBURGH (AP) Rob Mackowiak became a father for the first time, hit a game-winning grand slam and tied another game with a two-run homer. It's been a grim decade for Pirate fans. But i've caught a couple of games recently and the team is playing good ball. Not playoff contenders, but competitive. I caught most of each game yesterday. Two walk-off homeruns in a double-header plus a bottom of the ninth homer to send the game into extra innings. It doesn't get better than that.

Abstract
The expression of four Cochliobolus carbonum endo-1,4-b-xylanase genes (XYL1, XYL2, XYL3, XYL4), and an exo-1,4-b-xylosidase gene (XYP1) was studied following the growth of the fungus in minimal medium containing glucose, sucrose, xylose, xylan, pectin, or cellulose. The XYL1 and XYL2 genes were expressed only when the culture medium contained xylan or cellulose. Both XYL3 and XYL4 are induced by xylose and xylan, and XYP1 expression is induced by xylose, xylan, pectin and cellulose. None of these genes is expressed in glucose or sucrose media. The differential expression of these enzymes may provide means for the fungus to adapt to different conditions. Roger Craig
The Rambler Man
D allas County Sheriff's Deputy Roger Craig had quite a lot of interesting stories to tell. And in good storyteller fashion, his stories got better over time. Craig was one of the conspiracy witnesses that the Warren Commission called to testify. He was given featured treatment in early conspiracy works such as Mark Lane's Rush to Judgment . More recently, his testimony is treated as credible in most conspiracy books. You can see him in the video "Two Men in Dallas." The essay, "The Rambler Man" The table below summarizes key elements of Craig's testimony, and what the evidence is on each. The Testimony of Roger Craig Statement Was he saying this in 1963-64? Evaluation Yes Entirely plausible. Saw officer running up Grassy Knoll Yes Supported by photographic evidence Talked to Arnold Rowland who saw second man on 6th floor of Depository Yes Almost certainly true. Consistent with Rowland's testimony to Warren Commission. No Absolutely zero supporting evidence. Claim contradicts his own Warren Commission testimony , and the testimony of everyone else in the area.
