If you love going to the zoo, this is the site for you!!!
We have been members of Chicago's Brookfield Zoo for over 4 years. Chicago's other zoo, Lincoln Park, is a free zoo. We visit both zoos whenever we get the chance. And, since we bought our digital camera, we have amassed quite a collection of zoo pictures. I decided to put them here on the web for others to enjoy. =)
I hope you enjoy your look around!

  • Why Do We Have Aquariums Why do we have aquariums? Aquariums reveal the underwater world, a world that covers 80 percent of the Earth's surface and is usually hidden from our view. By discovering and understanding something about aquatic life, Aquarium visitors become aware of the value of aquatic life and the need to protect and preserve it. Aquariums perform a vital role educating people about aquatic conservation. North Carolina Aquariums Animal Strandings and Rehabilitation An increasingly important role of the Aquariums over the past few years has been the rescue and care of stranded and injured marine mammals and sea turtles.
