Let me bid you welcome!
It is my sincerest hope that this becomes the only astrology and horoscope web site anyone will ever need. This is a huge project, and as you might imagine, we will be "under construction" for a long time to come! Please be patient as we grow, the more time and care I put into
this, the better it will be in the long run. I do work another job, but I will be making time for this site's construction and updating. As some of you may have noticed, we now have Daily Horoscopes, (by popular demand), and writing these takes time each day.
How to use this site
This is an extremely large site, and being so, I have endeavored to make it as easy to navigate as possible. Simply look at the row of options in the green on the left, choose the topic that most interests you, and click it! When you are in an area with more options (or "branches") you will find a text navigation bar at the bottom of the page with links to other areas pertaining to that particular topic. Also within each page is links and discussion on how to proceed.

283 pages From the back cover of the paperback: Two centuries after the Boston Tea Party, harbor dumping is still a favorite local sport, only this time time it's major corporations piping toxic wastes into the water. Environmentalist and professional pain in the ass Sangamon Taylor is Boston's modern-day Paul Revere, spreading the word from a 40-horsepower Zodiac raft. Embarrassing powerful corporations in highly telegenic ways is the perfect method of making enemies, and Taylor has a collection that would do any rabble-rouser proud. After his latest exploit, he's wanted by the FBI, possibly the Mafia, and definitely by a group of Satanist angel-dust heads who think he's looking for a PCP factory, not PCB contamination. Pretty soon dodging bullets is the least of Taylor's problems-because somewhere out there are an unhinged genetic engineer and a lab-concocted bacterium that could destroy all ocean life...and that's just for appetizers. From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia. This article is about the astrological concept. For other uses, see Zodiac (disambiguation) The Zodiac (from Greek zoon , "animal") is an imaginary belt in the heavens extending approximately 8 degrees on either side of the Sun's apparent path, that includes the apparent paths of the Moon and the planets Mercury Venus Mars Jupiter , and Saturn . Divisions of the zodiac represent, in astronomy constellations , and in astrology : signs. Historical origin
The origins of the zodiac lie in Sumer in Mesopotania.
Astronomy
In astronomy, the zodiac is a certain part of the sky which has no intrinsic physical significance, representing simply the region of the sky close to the circle on which the randomly oriented plane of our solar system intersects the celestial sphere . It includes the ecliptic . It is, however, a useful region of the sky to define, because it has practical implications for observations from the earth's surface. A naked-eye observer knows that a bright object lying outside of the zodiacal region cannot be a planet. Polar observatories cannot easily observe the planets, because the zodiac is too close to the horizon.

MAY 1, 2004 - Part 3 Update #4
Made huge progress on Part 3 during the last three weeks of April! If I had to guess, I'd say the first mission is over 50% done and the second is something like 20% done. It sure felt good to get back into it again. There's still a TON of stuff left to do, but April was a major step forward.
APRIL 8, 2004 - ZODIAC Part 3 lives
Oops, a little late with the monthly update this time. I was hoping to have some significant progress to report by now, but to be honest, March and the first week of April were more about *playing* games for me. Got through Unreal II, Call of Duty, and Far Cry, and messed around with some console games like Ninja Gaiden and Everything or Nothing. Not to mention I dabbled with my zillions of other hobbies. If I didn't have a full time job, I sure would have a lot more time for the truly important stuff. :) Tonight I'm going to put a few hours into Part 3, so hopefully I'll start getting back into "the groove" again soon.
MARCH 1, 2004 - Part 3 still moving forward

By Jake Wark
Riverside
On the night of Sunday, October 30, 1966, long before anyone was to hear of the Zodiac killer, an 18-year-old student named Cheri Jo Bates was brutally murdered near the parking lot of Riverside City College's library annex. Neither rape nor robbery seemed to have been a motive, as her clothes were undisturbed and her purse was present and intact. After disabling her lime green Volkswagen by pulling out the distributor coil and the condenser, then disconnecting the middle wire of the distributor, the killer had apparently waited for Bates to return to her car and try to start it, whereupon he made a pretense of unsuccessfully tinkering with the engine. After this ruse, and probably with the offer of a ride, he lured her into a dark, unpaved driveway between two empty houses owned by the college, where they spent approximately an hour and a half. Exactly what they did during this time is uncertain, but eventually the man attacked her, slashing her three times in the chest area, once in the back, and seven times across the throat.

This is the Zodiac
“This is the Zodiac” At 3a.m. on March 9, 1990, forty-nine-year-old Mario Orozco limped homeward through the streets of East New York, a section of Brooklyn known for drugs, violent crime and poverty. He used a heavy wooden cane as he made his way slowly but surely down the familiar streets. Although he suffered from bad eyesight and a congenital limp, the proud Mr. Orozco worked a tough job in the kitchen of a New York restaurant instead of taking public assistance. The job’s late hours required him to ride the subway late at night and walk home on the nearly deserted streets. Unbeknownst to Orozco, a young man in a maroon beret stalked him from the shadows of a nearby cemetery. Without warning, the man emerged from his hiding place and shot Orozco in the back with a 9mm zip gun. Orozco never even saw him. The young man wrapped a note around his gun and laid it carefully on the sidewalk. Then, he disappeared. Mr. Orozco was a Scorpio. He survived.

Chinese Zodiac The Chinese Zodiac is a twelve-year cycle. It started from Buddhism. According to the story, Buddha called all the animals of China to his bedside, but only twelve animals came. Because he wanted to honor the animals for their devotion, he created a year for each animal. The twelve animals that appeared were the rat, ox, tiger, hare (rabbit), dragon, snake, horse, sheep, monkey, rooster, dog, and the pig. Each animal has its own special characteristics. Many people believe that these characteristics affect events that happen during the year. In addition, some people believe that people born in a certain year will have qualities of that year's animal. Signs in the Stars?
By Lambert Dolphin
Malcolm Bowden, Barry Setterfield and Helen Fryman
During the design and construction of the universe God determined that clocks and calendars would be based on the motion of the moon, the earth, the planets and other objects in the heavens. And God said, "Let there be lights in the firmament of the heavens to separate the day from the night; and let them be for signs ('oth , markers, indicators) and for seasons moadhim, "solemn assembly") and for days and years, and let them be lights in the firmament of the heavens to give light upon the earth." And it was so. And God made the two great lights, the greater light to rule the day, and the lesser light to rule the night; he made the stars also. And God set them in the firmament of the heavens to give light upon the earth, to rule over the day and over the night, and to separate the light from the darkness. And God saw that it was good. And there was evening and there was morning, a fourth day. (Genesis 1:14-19) "Dynamical" time is to this day measured in terms of the rotational period of the earth on its axis, the month is basically a lunar cycle and the year an orbital period of the earth's motion around the sun. In Newtonian physics these clock rates depend on the mass of the objects involved, the gravitational constant, G, the size and separation distance of various bodies and any initial momentum imparted to them during creation week. Atomic time (the rate of radioactive decay processes, or the internal periods of motions within the nucleus), is the standard clock of modern science. Atomic time and dynamical time are probably not running in lock step, the proportionality constant being c, the velocity of light, which experimental data suggests is not a fixed constant as G is. God's clocks and calendars (as far as history is concerned) run on dynamical time not atomic time.
