A social fraternity.
http://spirit.dos.uci.edu/aepi
Welcome to the website for the Zeta Tau Chapter of the Alpha Epsilon Pi Fraternity . We are one of the older fraternities on the UC Irvine campus and have a long Chapter history of brotherhood and success. We have consistently made our presence felt on campus in many areas including academics, sports, social, and philanthropic. We take great pride in our exceptional brotherhood and our ability to form strong bonds with each other due to our moderate chapter size. Since 1988 we have made leaders of men who have chosen to become part of the AEPi legacy. M ATH WITH MR. HERTE
Pi Day Pi Links Since April 13, 2002 Pi Day March 14th...Celebrate the Circle, Pi and the imagination and creativity of our students! Purpose: Pi Day is a day to celebrate mathematics in your school. It gives us the perfect springboard to allow our students to have fun while investigating mathematics concepts, being creative and even a little silly. If you have any ideas email them to me. I will eventually be attaching some of the materials to each activity so you can click onto it for more ideas. Pi Day Activities! Name That Circle! (9th -11th Grade) Students are shown a graph of a circle and the student that can correctly give it's equation wins! You can run it as a team competition or one on one. Be certain to go over the general equation of a circle first. For grade 9 or students who have not studied this keep all circles in the first quadrant. Examples Pi Digit Distribution (Elementary - HS) The younger students can look at the first 50 or 100 digits of pi and make a bar graph of the frequency of each digit. (How many times does appear?) Students enjoy this rich data source for bar graphs. HS students find the mean of the first 100 digits (use scientific calculators/graphing calculators) Create circle graphs based on the digits -excellent use of protractors, fractions, decimals and angles if done by hand. Use spreadsheets to examine the distribution of the digits. Examples Rolling Along...

The Mission Statement of Alpha Epsilon Pi
Alpha Epsilon Pi was founded to provide opportunities for the Jewish college man seeking the best possible college and fraternity experience. We have maintained the integrity of our purpose by strengthening our ties to the Jewish community and serving as a link between high school and career.
Perhaps of greater importance, Alpha Epsilon Pi develops leadership for the future of the American Jewish community. Tomorrow's Jewish leaders are in our chapters today. These are the young men who must be counted upon to support Jewish causes and to prepare to be one of tomorrow's Jewish leaders, so that they may aid themselves, their family, their community, and their people. Those students who enter the mainstream of non-Jewish life on the campus are far more likely to assimilate and to forsake their heritage. Working together with the Foundation for Jewish Campus Life/International Hillel, Alpha Epsilon Pi can play a vital role in helping reverse the growing trend among our young people to abandon Judaism at this critical time.
Throughout our history, the fraternity setting has served as a "learning laboratory", a testing ground for young men who later become leaders in business, education, government, religion, and science. A goal of our fraternity is to help each student to develop character, to learn responsibility, and to develop a proper set of values through living together in brotherhood. Alpha Epsilon Pi prepares young men for their role in life as responsible citizens.

130. Chi Phi Fraternity - Pi Zeta Chapter
In Binghamton, New York. Founded April 4, 1992.
http://www.chiphifrat.com/
Home Pi Zeta Chi Phi Rush ... Binghamton What do you want to accomplish in your years at college? In your life? Are you interested in belonging to something bigger than you? Better than you? Through membership in Chi Phi Fraternity, you can hold leadership positions, positively impact your community, and create lifelong friendships with men that you can truly call Brothers. As the nation's oldest college Fraternity, Chi Phi has opened its doors to values-based men who desire all of this and more for almost two centuries. Spend four years in a Chapter, and a lifetime in a Brotherhood. Founded in 1824, the Chi Phi Fraternity is the oldest men's college fraternity in existence today. In 1999 we celebrated 175 Years of Brotherhood! Truth, Friendship and Personal Integrity are the hallmarks of our fraternity. We currently maintain 54 chapters and four colonies located at prestigious universities throughout the United States, with a combined membership of 2,500 undergraduates and 38,000 living alumni.

Qu'est-ce que le nombre p
p

Compute pI/Mw tool
Compute pI/Mw is a tool which allows the computation of the theoretical pI (isoelectric point) and Mw (molecular weight) for a list of Swiss-Prot and/or TrEMBL entries or for a user entered sequence [ reference Documentation is available.
Compute pI/Mw for Swiss-Prot/TrEMBL entries or a user-entered sequence
Please enter one or more Swiss-Prot protein identifiers (ID) (e.g. ) or Swiss-Prot/TrEMBL accession numbers (AC) (e.g. ), separated by spaces, tabs or newlines. Alternatively, enter a protein sequence in single letter code. The theoretical pI and Mw (molecular weight) will then be computed.
