ListServes Food and Health A Program of the Institute for Agriculture and Trade Policy IATP's Food and Health Program raises awareness about environmental pollutants in food and from food production, and their demonstrated or possible impacts on human health. We educate consumers to make healthier choices about the food they buy, and educate policymakers to make more informed decisions. We also work to provide farmers with markets for healthy, sustainably produced food. Finally, we recognize the need to identify and eliminate the sources of the toxins, which find their way into our food.
