Alien galaxies entering the Milky Way Steven Majewski , an astronomy professor, was the subject of a story Wednesday on MyWiseCounty.com , headlined: Alien Galaxies Entering the Milky Way Says Noted UVa Astronomer Dark Side of the Moon - there is something odd about Iapetus: unlike any other object in the solar system, one-half of its surface is ten times darker than the other. In 23 April issue of Science Gregory Black , and his colleagues, present some additional evidence that might help explain the mystery. He sent a radar signal from the Arecibo radio telescope in Puerto Rico, and by analyzing how that signal bounced off both sides of Iapetus, Dr Black gained a little insight into what might be causing the anomalous difference in brightness.
