Friends of Cambridge University Library
CAMBRIDGE UNIVERSITY LIBRARY The Friends of Cambridge University Library is a society founded to foster contacts between the Library and those interested in its collections, its history, its current activities, and its future development. The Friends' principal stated aims are to raise funds for the purchase and conservation of significant additions to the Library's collections, and to assist the Library to acquire such items by gift or bequest. Besides the satisfaction of contributing to the Library's collections, Friends receive several important benefits in return for their subscriptions. A programme of meetings, outings, visits to Library departments and talks on varied topics runs throughout the year, and members are most welcome to attend regular, exclusive, private views of new Library exhibitions. The Bulletin of the Friends, containing articles and notes about both Library and Society, is distributed regularly to members, who also receive copies of the Library Syndicate's annual report to the University. Most Library publications are available to individual Friends at a 20% discount, and no fee for the issue of a Reader's Ticket is payable by Friends who qualify in the normal way for admission.

www.manitobanature.ca/fomt Trips Trail Description Introduction The Friends Of Mantario Trail is a group of individuals interested in preserving the wilderness experience of the Mantario Hiking Trail. The development of a private road to Nora Lake for owners of cottages in the backcountry has reduced the wilderness experience of the southern portion of the Mantario Hiking Trail. The negative effects on the environment and wilderness experience brought on by motorized access to this area have prompted the formation of this organization. The Friends Of Mantario Trail has relocated the southern portion of the hiking trail closer to the Ontario border to reestablish the wilderness experience of the trail. The group has also reduced the impact on the environment and the wildlife by establishing eco-friendly amenities in high use campgrounds, such as bear-proof food storage and backcountry latrines.

Hi, I'm John.
I come from Gibraltar, the British bit of the Iberian Peninsula- have a look at the links to find out more. I run my own home shopping business in the UK, with the help of International Business Systems (IBS) which enables me to expand in the UK and worldwide. In the UK I deal with over 1000 products and services, from mobile phones, vitamins, magnetic therapy , toiletries, and many branded consumer goods. I can also save people money on their phone bills. By all means get in touch if you're interested- even if you're at some distance I can arrange home delivery at competitive prices. IBS also provide a complete training system for those wanting to build their own business. For an independent assessment of the industry, try this website. Please e-mail me on: if interested. My other interests are sci-fi dance and aikido (I hold a 2nd Dan black belt and a "Doshi" teaching qualification). I'm also fairly active on the alt.gibraltar newsgroup. As Unofficial Gibraltarian Ambassador to Cyberspace , I'll be happy to answer queries in a suitable politically incorrect manner!

Adopt your best friend today!
It's time to spay or neuter those pets! If you have an unneutered pet please consider scheduling the surgery before your pet's next heat cycle. Do it today to improve the health of your pet and to reduce the millions of unwanted pets born each year in the United States. Just one litter DOES make a difference by adding to the pet overpopulation problem. For more information about the advantages of spaying and neutering and to learn about the Circle of Friends Spay/Neuter Program, click below.

http://www.kittyvillage.org/shf/
Society of Humane Friends of Georgia, Inc. (SHF) is a small group of volunteers. Our mission is to rescue and find new homes for dogs and cats. SHF is a registered non-profit animal welfare organization. We have no paid staff members and receive no government funding. We rely on the generosity of animal lovers like yourself to continue operating. All donations are 100% tax deductible. We accept cats and dogs on a space-available basis and operate on a no-kill philosophy: we do not kill healthy pets to make room for incoming pets. We foster these pets either in our licensed shelter or in one of our foster homes until they are ready for adoption. All pets must be healthy, spayed or neutered, and fully vetted to be considered for adoption.
