| P rayer P artners The staff of Harvest Time International acknowledges our utter dependency on Almighty God to accomplish the work that we have been called to, except the Lord builds the house, they labor in vain who build it (Psalm 127:1). We also believe that we are to be interdependent with other parts of the body of Christ,
but speaking the truth in love, we are to grow up in all aspects into Him, who is the head, even Christ, from whom the whole body, being fitted and held together by that which every joint supplies, according to the proper working of each individual part, causes the growth of the body for the building up of itself in love (Ephesians 4:15-16). Scripture admonishes us to be constantly in prayer, With all prayer and petition pray at all times in the Spirit , and with this in view, be on the alert with all perseverance and petition for all the saints, and petition for all the saints, and pray on my behalf that utterances may be given to me in the opening of my mouth, to make known with boldness the mystery of the gospel
(Ephesians 6:18-19). We believe that there are members of the body that have been called and specially equipped to intercede in prayer. | |
