of CrossRef Aims and Scope: Integral transforms and special functions belong to the basic subjects of mathematical analysis, the theory of differential and integral equations, approximation theory, and to many other areas of pure and applied mathematics. Although centuries old, these subjects are under intense development, for use in pure and applied mathematics, physics, engineering and computer science. This stimulates continuous interest for researchers in these fields. The aim of Integral Transforms and Special Functions
is to foster further growth by providing a means for the publication of important research on all aspects of the subjects.

Fourier and Other Integral Transforms
Mathematica 4 includes a highly optimized new algorithm for performing Fourier transforms. We can test it by having it transform a matrix containing a quarter of a million random elements. Compare this result with the same process in Mathematica 3, and you will find that the new version is five times faster than before. The fast Fourier transform algorithms also play a part in the multiplication of very high-precision numbers; beyond a certain level of precision, they allow for faster multiplication than the Karatsuba algorithm Mathematica otherwise uses for high-precision multiplication. Along with a new Fourier transform algorithm, symbolic integral transforms, which had previously been part of the standard add-ons, have now been moved to the kernel.

Integral transform
Word: Word Starts with Ends with Definition In mathematics Mathematics is commonly defined as the study of patterns of structure, change, and space; more informally, one might say it is the study of 'figures and numbers'. In the formalist view, it is the investigation of axiomatically defined abstract structures using logic and mathematical notation; other views are described in Philosophy of mathematics. Mathematics might be seen as a simple extension of spoken and written languages, with an extremely precisely defined vocabulary and grammar, for the purpose of describing and exploring physical and conceptual relationships.

For example, a parametric equaliser is a tone control circuit that allows the frequency of maximum cut or boost to be set by one control, and the size of the cut or boost by another. These settings, the frequency and level of the peak or trough, are two of the parameters of a frequency response curve, and in a two-control equaliser they completely describe the curve. More elaborate parametric equalisers may allow other parameters to be varied, such as

I am a member of small group ( Vadim A. Savva Alexander S. Mazurenko and me, Vadim I. Zelenkov ) which studies multiphoton excitation of molecules by infrared laser radiation. We try to find analitic solutions of the dynamic equations using miscellaneous orthogonal polynomials (Gegenbauer, Jacobi, Pollaczek, Laguerre, Meixner, Krawtchouk , Hahn etc.). See detailes below. The Heart of the Method
We study multilevel quantum systems which are multiphotonly excited by laser field . The process dynamics can be described by the rotating wave approximation (RWA) Schrödinger equation Here is a probability amplitude, is the dimensionless time which is connected with ordinary time via is the Rabi frequency, is the dipole moment of radiation transition being the dipole moment function of the system. The dimensionless frequency detunings of laser frequency from the quantum system transitions frequencies and the dipole moment functlon are the basic characteristcs of a quantum system. We choose
