Moira Michelini was born in Terni - Italy. She began to study music in the "Conservatorio G.Briccialdi" of Terni, in Umbria, showing very soon remarkable musical gift and a special aptitude for the piano. She achieved the diploma under the guide of Professor Fausto Mastroianni, graduating with full marks, lode and honourable remark. She gave her first concert in the theatre "G.Verdi" in Terni in 1987.
