In a surprise move, Matsunaka revealed Wednesday that he again will take on Marilyn Musgrave, a Republican who has become a national figure for her proposed constitutional amendment that would ban same- sex marriages.Matsunaka, a Loveland attorney, kicks off his campaign today.
