  • Complete 1999 Obituary Archives Margaret Whittemore ELIOT — Funeral services for Mrs. Margaret Whittemore, who died Oct. 9, 2000, at the York Hospital, were held Thursday at the Wilson-Cooper Funeral Home, 21 Rogers Road in Kittery. The Rev. Father Real Nadeau of St. Raphael's Catholic Church in Kittery officiated. Organist was Barbara Kenney. A graveside committal service and burial followed at Brooks Memorial Cemetery in Eliot. Delegations from the town of Eliot Board of Selectman, the Eliot Highway Department, the Eliot Police Department along with staff members from the Eliot Town Office were present at the funeral.
