Monarch Project Research Papers
This page lists most of the research papers published by the Monarch Project in refereed journals and conferences. We have also been very active in the Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF) in transferring the results of our research into the Internet Standards process, and in our participation in the IETF, we have published many additional works as Internet-Drafts and RFCs Most of the following papers are distributed as Adobe PostScript files, as denoted by the .ps file extension. They can be viewed using any PostScript viewing utility or sent directly to PostScript-enabled printers. Under Windows, the GSview utility is recommended for viewing PostScript files on the screen; under Unix and Linux, the Ghostview and GV utilities are recommended.
