Tips til prosjektoppgave i data Jeg skal nå ha et prosjekt i fysikk, og vi kan ha om akkurat det vi vil. Jeg tenkte at jeg skulle ha om hvordan en pc er oppbygd og kanskje gå dypere inne på noen av komponentene. Det er vel noe fysikk i det? Så lurte jeg på hvor jeg skal henvende meg for å få informasjon og slikt. Håper ikke det umulig for meg å sette meg inn i det, og at jeg kan legge det fram på en bra måte. Kanskje har dere noe tips? Hei... Det er veldig mye fysikk inne i en datamaskin, og den er forholdsvis avansert. Elektrisitet, magnetisme, varmeutvikling og masse annet. Problemet i oppgaven din ligger i hvor "dyp" den skal være, og hvor mye direkte fysikk det skal være i den. Etter min mening vil det bli forholdsvis vanskelig å lage en omfattende fysikk oppgave som omhandler hele datamaskinen (Jeg har holdt på med data , mer eller mindre, i 14 år, men har ennå ikke satt meg nøye inn i selve fysikken i hele maskina) Så som du sier ville det nok være fornuftig å gi en oversikt over hvordan en PC er bygd opp og så konsentrere seg om fysikken i en av komponentene. Jeg ville f.eks. foreslå et lagringsmedium (harddisk, diskett - magnetisk, CD-ROM - optisk) eller noe lignende.

Empowering Children through ICTs Tatiana França is eleven years old and lives in the 'Rocinha' one of the poorest areas in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. She likes studying, listening to music, and - she underlines - 'does not like to do ironing since it's very boring'. Tatiana is one of the thousands of children who participate in the Kidlink network, an initiative connecting children all over the world. This network helps children know each other, and -most importantly - raises awareness about themselves and about their right to build their own future. It was May 1990. During the two weeks just prior to the Electronic Networking Association's (ENA) Fifth International Conference in San Francisco, USA, Odd de Presno - a Norwegian national - organized a very successful online conference for 260 children in Norway, Canada, and the United States. The interest in this initiative proved to be very high and Odd de Presno launched the Kidlink idea to some colleagues in the conference. "We can do conferencing for kids again, as an ongoing activity, or we can drop it. However, if we drop it, we must understand that we are leaving something important behind" De Presno said. On May 25, 1990, Odd de Presno, and the two other founders of Kidlink - Nancy Stefanik and Knut Braatane - gave birth to Kidlink.

He used his 83 years to build a supermarket, paint tons of pictures, play the violin, football, and raise three kids together with his wife and business partner. My mother Cici My second wife, Anne-Tove , has indeed a good hand with me, my children, and grandchildren. Here she is with the youngest branch of our tribe, Vetle. My son Alex (1969) is Vetle's father, and Vibeke Ole Christian , who lives in the Stavanger area. Then, came two girls. First, Nina (1971). She lives in Oslo . Karina (1978) is my youngest, if you exclude our cat, Toshiba-san. Karina lives and works at the Canary Islands in Spain. On the local level, thousands of teachers, parents, youth club workers, andother interested adults help out. Kidlink's focus remains global networking for youth 10-15 years of age. Everything that we do reflects this single goal and mission statement. For a more thorough orientiation and a better of its functions and organizational structure, I recommend Kidlink's own Internet information with URL: http://www.KIDLINK.org/english/general.html The following brief descriptions of the fora are meant to establish a basis for further analysis. All the examples in this thesis were gathered from 1. July 1995 to 1 July 1997. Kidlink's leaders have agreed to my reprinting excerpts of dialogues, discussions and stories, because, among another things, they themselves see Kidlink's electronic meeting places as a part of the public sphere. Nevertheless, in the interest of protecting people's privacy, I have reprinted very few technical specifations from the headings of these e-mail messages, and I have eliminated the sender's last name and e-mail address .
