Hello and welcome to TPS (the print shop) online. We are a customer-service oriented company. We believe in a set of values that guide our everyday business activities. Success for us not only involves innovative, effective approaches to your design and printing needs, but also seeing a smile on your face at the completion of the job.
We have three departments that control the flow of this closely knit organisation:
    • Production and Design Department - This section of the company is nicknamed the "maintainers", they control the incomings and outgoings of every job that is brought in. They must be fast, efficient and enjoy multi-tasking: and do it with a smile on their face. In most cases they are the clients' first point of contact. We need them to be cheery, confident and have a fun-loving nature - but with the ability to always remember why they are here.
    • Customer Service and Marketing Department - This section of the company is nicknamed the "rounders". The Sales and Marketing experience and knowledge of this team can vary, but they all have one thing in common: the absolute love of being around and talking to people. They make sure that the client is happy with every aspect of the business and encourage new and continuing business with organized benefits campaigns. They need an understanding of the fundamentals of marketing, and of course, a happy, confident and fun-loving nature.
