fst-inquiry L ocated within the College of Agricultural Sciences , the Department of Food Science and Technology (FST) offers undergraduate and graduate programs of study supported by 21 tenured and tenure-track faculty, a number of adjunct faculty, and 35 graduate students. Most faculty are housed in Wiegand Hall. Off campus facilities include the Food Innovation Center in Portland, Oregon, and the Seafood Laboratory in Astoria, Oregon. The are integrated with its Mission and Long-range Goals. The Department of Food Science and Human Nutrition (FSHN) is jointly administered by the College of Agriculture (CAG) and the College of Family and Consumer Sciences (CFCS) and offers many international study opportunities for undergraduates and graduates in the program. There are 40 faculty members, 32 staff members, 75 graduate students, and 234 undergraduate students. Department goals are outlined in the department's mission statement . Four research centers directly associated with the FSHN research activities include:
