I have developed a program for mentoring youth with behavioral/conduct problems and rehabilitating adult udergoing mental health treatment. Many of these target population neither have medicaid/medicare nor any other form of health insurance. Many of them are also poor and live in inner city Baltimore, Maryland. I am a psychiatric nurse of many years of experience. My program has also been approved by Maryland Department of Hygiene and Mental Health.
