This is a free service to anyone but preference is given to the clients of the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation and visually impaired consumers/professionals. The project consists of the Pathways Plus database, a network of people and public access computers available throughout Wyoming and the Connect Wyoming web site, which includes the CW Newsletter and an Online Calendar. Governor's Planning Council on Developmental Disabilities The Governor's Planning Council on Developmental Disabilities seeks and advocates for activities which promote self sufficiency, community involvement, and educational opportunities for people with disabilities, their families and the Wyoming Community. Parent Information Center The Parent Information Center, (PIC), a project of Parents Helping Parents of Wyoming, Inc., opened in August, 1991 as one of the nationwide network of nonprofit, Parent Training and Information Centers (PTI's) funded by the United States Department of Education. Our first responsibility is to inform and educate parents about special education law and the rights and responsibilities they and their child have under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA).
