God Bless America The Dog That Took The Night Off
    (c) 2003 Joyce A. Kovelman, Ph.D., Ph.D. This is a story of a very special mixed terrier named Dusty. I first met Dusty during a crisis. I flew to another city to help my daughter move back home following the end of her eight year relationship. She asked that I come and help her pack some things and then drive through the desert with her. She wanted some company on the long road home. When I arrived at her apartment, I was introduced to Dusty. " What an ugly dog, I thought! He was friendly enough, but just not my kind of dog." Click here for more.
