    FAQ:
I'm an individual career woman looking for career advice. Can you help me? Unfortunately, Catalyst no longer advises individuals on career development. Instead, we work with corporations and professional firms to effect change for women through the workplace. But take a look at our links below for a list of Web sites we think might be helpful. Where is Catalyst located? Catalyst has an office in New York City at 120 Wall Street, a building we share with other nonprofit organizations. We also have offices in Toronto, Canada and in California. How can our company improve its chances of winning the Catalyst Award? Over the 15 years Catalyst has been honoring companies with the award, we have discovered general success factors of effective programs. Feel free to use this information to benchmark your own program against the following standards.
    • Business Rationale
Successful initiatives must effectively establish the business case for change. This rationale might include business trends, strategic alignment, cost control, or the value added by diversity. It is critical that the business case reflect the goals of your organization and how diversity will help the company achieve those objectives.
