Northern Virginia Housing Advocacy
Northern Virginia Housing Advocacy (NVHA) was organized in Virginia as a non-profit corporation in 2003. NVHA personnel have a number of years of active military service; have served with the military on every continent of the Globe, with the exception of Antarctica and South America; each one has been personally involved in more than 10 real estate transactions (as a buyer, seller, lessee or lessor) and some are licensed realtors, either retired or active. All NVHA personnel, who are active Realtors, are Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), certified by the Real Estate Buyers Agent Council (REBAC). NVHA provides FREE educational seminars to active duty personnel on base, at one of the Family Support Activities, or at a nearby local government facility. The seminars are open to active duty, retired and government civil service personnel and marketing or solicitation of the participants by the facilitator/trainer is strictly prohibited. Hopefully, you will find that this website is never static and is eternally "Under Construction"; currently, much work remains to be accomplished but the basic structure is in place and is published to the Web, as is, for the benefit of NVHA Workshop participants. | |
