Back in the US in July 2001, I created e-PubSolutions, Inc. e-PubSolutions creates professional-looking, affordable, and easy-to-setup Websites for small business and organizations. During six months I have developed an application (written in Perl) that allows me to rapidly create completely custom Websites. I have also created a Web interface that allows customer, without any knowledge of (x)tml, to control all the aspects of his/her Website: text, images, form, mailing list and presentation. I have eight years of international research experience in physics. As a theorist, I stayed very close to the practical side of research, close to the experiments. I proposed new methods of measure and carried out the necessary calculation to allow the comparison between theory and experiment. I have developed several computer applications that are used by the scientific community. Along the way, I have gained excellent computer skills. I had the opportunity to work in a very diversified multi-cultural environment, to advise students in their research, and to coordinate projects between collaborators on different continents.

    Summary
Professor Emmert is a theoretical plasma physicist with interests in plasma-surface interactions and analyzing reactor-grade fusion plasmas. Plasma-surface interactions play an important role in the release of impurities into the plasma in fusion devices; impurities increase the radiation loss from the plasma and make it difficult to achieve the high plasma temperature necessary for controlled fusion. Plasma-surface interactions also have industrial applications. Two examples are etching semiconductors for manufacturing computer chips and materials modification by ion implantation. Emmert's research concerns processes by which plasma flows to surfaces; formation of sheaths and long-range potentials in plasma; the energy spectrum of ions hitting the surface; and recycling neutral gas from the surface into plasma. This work is both analytical and computational.

    Progress of Physics
Progress of Physics is devoted to the theoretical and experimental study of the fundamental constituents of matter and their interactions, such as the physics of elementary particles and high energies, classical field theory and quantum field theory, the theory of relativity, gravitation and cosmology, thermodynamics and statistics, nuclear physics, atomic physics, molecular physics and plasma physics. Generally, the papers are review articles with a detailed survey on relevant publications, but original papers of general interest are also published.

A new form of physics based on dialectics.
    http://www.tedial.narod.ru
Theoretical Dialectical Journal: Physics-Mathematics-Logic-Philosophy English-Russian With its outstanding achievements in exact sciences, especially physics, the 20th century will rightfully take a special place in the history of human kind. However, at present physics increasingly lags behind general progress, raising serious doubts about some of its basic concepts. To some extent, this is also true of mathematics. Therefore, it seems to be necessary to revise the basic axioms of physics and mathematics and to analyze them from the general standpoint of Dialectics (Dialectical Logic and Dialectical Philosophy). Introduction Welcome to the web pages of the Oxide Research Programme. The research programme is a collaborative effort between experimental and theoretical physicists, together with material scientists, with the common goal of understanding of the behaviour of correlated electrons in oxide materials. The work is distributed across the collaborating institutions: at the University of St Andrews (School of Physics and Astronomy), at the University of Birmingham (in the School of Physics and Astronomy and also the School of Chemistry) and in the Low Temperature Physics group at the Cavendish Laboratory in Cambridge. We also work with a number of international collaborations. The experimental work is headed by Professor Andy Mackenzie (St Andrews) and the theoretical work by Professor Andy Schofield (Birmingham). What are correlated electrons?
