Program utilizes a partnership between the RAPP Coalition, Phoenix School and the Central Douglas County YMCA. The pilot program will run once a month starting in the spring of 2000. Project Background The Douglas County RAPP Coalition consists of a core group of community members, educators, health care professionals, law enforcement officials and representatives from various religious organizations.
