Thalia, My Fantasy Page
I have branched out: to women authors, stories that don't always end victorious, the ambiguous characters of cyberpunk, and always treasuring the rare and wonderful comic writers who don't take anything in the genre as sacred. Issue 25 - May 2003
Introduction:
Okay, I have an apology to make - the Chronicle is late by about a week. I've just not managed to find time to get the work done this month. Hopefully things will improve and I'll be able able to bring the releases forward again.
Anyway to the matter at hand. This is the 25th Chronicle, which means it's the Chronicle's 2nd birthday, and the site's 4th. I never knew how this site would develop four years ago when I first began the task of teaching myself to write HTML by creating a site dedicated to my favourite hobby - reading sf/f/h fiction.
And it has developed, now including original fiction, sample chapters, interviews, non-fiction articles etc etc. And I'm hoping more things will be added to the site as the months go by.
With this in mind I'd like to let you know that there is a new section to the Eternal Night in development. This section is dedicated to fiction magazines- they were where this all started after all. My aim withthis section is to provide a guide to fantastic fiction in magazines, whether print or electronic.
You can see how it's going by clicking here
Let me know your thoughts on this section.
