Posts: Questions about Our Avatars...
I love all the many choices of avatars that Christian Forums has selected for new members...They are all so super(!!!)- Amazing...transcending...dynamic...motivating...challenging...active...inspiring......
the one I chose does seem to suggest (represent?) my own personal style and my life's skills and appreciation for spirit and knowledge... I was wondering will each avatar be exclusive for each member...or will I be sharing this image with another member...(?)
It would be alright with me...!

Ren Center teaches everything from Cisco to art. Could he not find someone

We will play with as many mediums as we can think of, and will be asking you for more ideas. Emphases will be placed on play, process, and trust; this class will take a very personal view at what art means to us individually, and how it feels. We will do weekly reflections and critiques on experiences. People who might describe themselves as fascinated, and people who have feelings for color, shape, and expression will get the most out of this opportunity for self-exploration and self-expression.

And now for a real update.
Yesterday, two episodes of Inuyasha were released. That has to be a good sign of something, right? Not sure what. As always on the weekend, Friday turned out a bust. I got an outline done for Ass paper, did my minimum of writing, and drew a picture that I rather like but really should have been using the time for other things. Today, I'll get a little more in action. I'm going to write the rough draft of Ass . Tomorrow I'll search around for quotes and the rest of the filler I'll probably need to push it up to 8-10 pages. Then, I'll throw them in and smooth the paper out some. Monday night, I'll do the final revision. In German, I need to go over vocabulary and grammar for this chapter, and then do a general review for the final and oral exam. In... a week. My gods, a week. Then I need to be studying for Art History and work on slides... I think it's time for the final breakdown to start, because my head hurts just thinking about all of this. I would like to begin be setting forth my Masonic "credentials" to speak to the subject of Freemasonry. I consider it a very great honor that I have been initiated into most (but not all) of the mainstream bodies of Freemasonry; however, as any Mason can attest, it is a simple matter to amass an impressive collection of Masonic Degrees and memberships with just a few years of effort.
    I am a Master Mason
I am Royal Arch Mason , and a member of Mount Vernon Chapter #3, RAM of the Grand Chapter of the District of Columbia. I have always been impressed with the beauty and symbolism of the Royal Arch Degrees. I am a Cryptic Rite Mason , and a member of Adoniram-Zabud Council #2, CM of the Grand Council of the District of Columbia. I am very fond of the sublime esoteric symbolism of the Cryptic Rite of Freemasonry.

Some spirited discussion in the Suggestions thread has led me to revive this thread. I'm opening up the topic to anything you want to talk about... later on we'll narrow it down when we start narrowing down all topics in the Fray.
Have a look at what's been said so far (mostly about education for disabled students, or Special Education). One fraygrant suggested (in e-mail) that we discuss the question "Does education have to be "democratic" to serve democracy?"
    It's all yours...
    . Bubbaette - Aug. 17, 1998 - 8:28 AM PDT
    Thanks, FV.
With respect to whether education should be democratic, I say no. While all should be educated to the best of their abilities, tracking according to ability and interests does have its uses. I think its not such a great thing that all highschool students attend college they're not all prepared for college or interested in it.

What happens to disabled students if education doesn't 'have to be "democratic" to serve democracy'?

It introduces thermal-fluid engineering to the students from a social and environmental perspectives which is extremely critical to our nations and the world. It is the book that marks the rennaissance in engineering and the author Prof. Z. Warhaft should be commended for his altruistic views that could mold the lives of engineers in the years to come. I wish that every engineering school would use this a text or a reference book. Finally, reading this book has definitely molded my engineering career with a purpose and meaning. www.BuybackBooks.com List all of your books for sale at www.buybackbooks.com ! There are so many things wrong with this story. I mean, damn, people. What else can you say about this? Oh, I have a few ideas, you betcha. *Deep Breath* One, transmission fluid? Are you joking me with this? Most people think that transmission fluid isn’t flammable. In fact, it is flammable . *pause* At like 400 degrees Fahrenheit!!! Do you think your pocket lighter is going to set it ablaze? I know that the concept of specific heat is probably beyond the grasp of these chaps but come on. Be real. Then, they called the cops on themselves. This is why I’m not a criminal. I’m just not stupid enough. Ok Ok Ok Now, before we talk about some of the idiotic notions held by parties involved in this case, let’s discuss Dade County, Georgia.
Officials in Trenton, the county seat, raised eyebrows last year when they adopted a version of the old Georgia state flag, with its dominant Confederate symbol, as the city flag ’96 black residents?’ That is .6% of their entire population. I am not a person who thinks that there’s anything especially bad about this obvious statistical outlier. I mean, Dade County by this illustration is certainly not a place I’d want to live. But

I bet VICKIE and CONNIE are too busy playing games ;;...) (wails) Well, I'm glad Connie's finally playing the FFs, but I can't help... feeling... very... envious. I mean, playing games they never played before is so FUN. But like, playing the ones that you've been playing over and over again is... really... quite boring. (sigh). Damn you two, by the way. Well, this is gonna be a hella long entry, since I have a lot of things to rant about. Mainly summer school... site work... Harry Potter 5... and a gay movement involving SUING everyone who shares files illegally over the Internet. Well to start it off... WORLD HISTORY. We have the not-so-bad teacher Mr. Shore, who usually teaches Government and Economics. He oddly reminds me of Mr. Simons. Although this isn't a very good thing... His personality is just so random, and he says the oddest things... but he doesn't have this very gay giggle, which is relieving. Also, his grading system is very rock solid, and relies on hard work, which is another plus. He actually teaches too, and with the stuff that we're reading and doing work about, I'm actually INTERESTED. Wow. But anyway, we got loads of homework, tests everyday, and projects every week. It's frackin' tiring. And I assumed that I'd have time after school every day to have some time to do things like studying for Spanish, Pre-Cal, DRIVING... and do some E2 homework. But I work practically from the time I get home until I go to sleep. But maybe that's because I'm wasting time doing other stuff (:sweatdrop:). Like ... blogging. (:more nervous laughter:)
