8-dimensional SpaceTime is Parallelizable RP1 x S7
and
4-dim Physical SpaceTime is Parallelizable RP1 x S3.
These SpaceTimes have Parallel Transport 1-form Connections with zero Curvature:
1-form A - Connection
The Connection 1-form is also called the Gauge Potential.
2-form dA - Curvature
These Parallel Transport 1-form Connections have Affine Torsion that give Structure Constants for Lie Algebras of Gauge Groups:
To define Affine Torsion (Affine Torsion as opposed to Topological Torsion), a (1,2)-tensor which is the antisymmetric part of the Connection, Affine Torsion gives you the structure constants of Lie algebras, for the cases of Lie groups and S3 . Since RP1 is topologically equivalent to the 1-sphere S1 = U(1) = unit Complex Numbers, the U(1) Complex phase of particle propagators can be associated with the Time RP1 of SpaceTime . Since RP1 is 1-dimensional and U(1) is Abelian, the associated Affine Torsion is zero. For S7, Torsion varies with the position on the 7-sphere S7

    By Dr David Whitehouse
BBC News Online science editor The Universe may be a stranger place than we imagined because of new evidence that appears to show the very laws of physics have changed since the cosmos was young. Analysis of the light coming from distant quasars suggests that a fundamental physical constant may have been increasing slightly over the past six billion years.
This has major implications for our understanding of physics
John Webb, New South Wales University. The so-called fine structure constant - which measures the strength with which subatomic particles interact with one another and with light - may have been smaller at earlier times in the history of the Universe. "This has major implications for our understanding of physics," Dr John Webb of New South Wales University, Australia, told BBC News Online.

    Lab tests tenets' limits
If the fundamental constants of physics change, they do so too slowly for us to detect.
3 May 2003 PHILIP BALL Atomic clocks can be accurate to around one second in several million years. After years of careful bench-top experiments, two groups of physicists have put limits on just how constant nature's constants really are . Until now, physicists had to look to the stars to set their boundaries. Everything in the Universe seems to be predicated on a handful of numbers: the fundamental constants. These numbers determine, for instance, the strength of gravity and electromagnetism, and the mass of the subatomic particles. They mean that atoms are stable, stars shine, and life is possible. If the fundamental constants were just a little different, the Universe might never have amounted to more than a formless morass of matter and energy. Nonetheless, over the past few years, scientists have begun to wonder whether these constants have really been the same since time and space began about 13 billion years ago. After all, current theories that attempt to reconcile relativity with quantum mechanics - one of the outstanding challenges of modern physics - predict that the fundamental constants might, perhaps even must, vary over time.

    92. Quantum Physics Model
The precisely measured constants characterizing the Standard Modelare for the most part unchanged in the Quantum physics Model.
    http://www.tshankha.com/
The Quantum Physics Model is a new and mathematically correct system of physics. The precisely measured constants characterizing the Standard Model are for the most part unchanged in the Quantum Physics Model. The Quantum Physics Model offers new insights into the mechanics and electromagnetics of the subatomic realm. A central concept of the Quantum Physics Model is the space surrounding physical matter is active and dynamic , contributing to the existence of subatomic particle angular momentum. This dynamic aspect of space is mathematically represented through Coulomb's Constant and the gravitational constant . The unit of quantum space is the rotating magnetic field rmfd Coulomb's constant is shown to be composed of the speed of light, permeability, permittivity and conductance. The quality of conductance was previously missed by physicists during the past 150 years but is essential for understanding the Unified Force Theory, which the Quantum Physics Model produces. The Unified Force Theory is actually a Unified Charge Theory, as it is shown there are two kinds of charge , electrostatic charge and electromagnetic charge. Electromagnetic charge is, in fact, the strong nuclear force that binds subatomic particles into atoms. The weak nuclear force is shown to be a proportion of electrostatic charge to electromagnetic charge.

S.R. Beane and M.J. Savage An effective field theory with consistent power-counting now exists for nuclear processes involving momentum ], which allows one to perform systematic calculations of some nuclear observables. We used it to compute the leading light quark mass, , dependence of observables in the two-nucleon sector, which is a fundamental aspect of strong interaction physics. Partial motivation for this work was the experimental hint that the fundamental constants of nature are time dependent. If this proves to be the case, the predictions of Big Bang Nucleosynthesis (BBN) will differ from present calculations which assume time-independent constants. In order to address BBN in this scenario one needs to know how nuclei and nuclear processes depend upon the constants, including the light-quark masses. We were able to make rigorous predictions for the quark-mass dependence of the deuteron binding energy and the scattering length in the -channel [ ]. It is interesting to note that BBSvK counting [
