    MHEP Historical Library and Archives
    The Historical Library and Archives are the repository of more than 12,000 books, manuscripts and documents vital to church history and genealogical study.
    Library Hours The library is open Tuesday to Friday, 10 AM to 5 PM and Thursday evening from 7 to 9:30 PM Library and Research Fees Admission Non-members are charged a fee of $3.00 per day. There is no fee for MHEP members and undergraduate, secondary and grade school students. MHEP Membership Photocopying All manuscript and archival materials must be photocopied by a staff person. Non-members will be charged a fee of 25 cents per page, MHEP members will be charged a fee of 15 cents per page. Staff time for photocopying will be added to the research charge. Research Services An introductory or cursory search performed by MHEP staff, exceeding 15 minutes, but less than 30 minutes will require a $15.00 fee. This fee applies to all inquiries including those made by mail, e-mail or telephone. Beyond the basic information search, an MHEP member will be charged $25.00 and a non-member will be charged $30.00 per hour for all research. Upon request, MHEP will furnish the names and addresses of individual private researchers who will have their own fees and contract with clients directly. MHEP is not responsible for any transaction of services or fees with the private researchers.
