Heading into its third year, this project will be investigating how telehealth affects nursing recruitment, retention and productivity in homecare. Also starting in September, PHA will be conducting a cost analysis of telehealth with Penn State and McBee Associates, of Wayne, PA. US State Government Aid The Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is used to apply for most state loan, grant and scholarship programs, in addition to the federal loans and grants. When you submit the FAFSA to the US Department of Education, they forward the information on the form to the state student assistance agency. Each state has a different FAFSA submission deadline. If you submit your FAFSA by March 1, you will be in time for all state deadlines, other than Michigan.
