There are many many..I'll say again...many perversions of the Bible out there. There are many false religions and those who turn the words of God to their own benefit. Like I've said, I belong to the Church of Christ. We don't consider ourselves a "demonination". We are the one true church. The same church that Jesus himself started. Will I say "believe everything I say and don't listen to the rest!", certainly not. Don't listen to me and take it as a "fact", read the Bible, study it hard and open your heart to what you have to know is right. The preacher at the church always tells us "Don't take what I say as the truth. Constantly take what I say and look it up and if what I say is wrong please tell me", because he understands that he is human and can make mistakes. We have Elders at the church that make sure our preachers are NOT preaching opinions, falseness, etc. And these Elders have to have qualifications that are laid out in the New Testament.
