Binary/Decimal Palindromes Introduction: Here is some C code that I wrote to find a unique set of numbers. These numbers are palindromic (can be read the same way backward as they are read forward) in both Base-2 (binary) and Base-10 (decimal). Finding these numbers gets exponentially harder as the numbers get bigger, but it would not be hard to pick up where I left off and find the next big palindrome! It might take a while though. I've spent years computing this list, and I am pretty sure that this is the most extensive list in existence. This list is all-inclusive up to the last entry. In other words, I haven't skipped any numbers that should be on this list. With this program it is possible to search for palindromes in the number-space well beyond the end of this list, but before accepting an arbitrarily large palindrome I'd kind-of like to know each and every palindrome that should be before it.
