Oklahoma School Shooting -
What the HELL is going on?
Only hours after a 13-year-old Oklahoma middle school student opened fire indiscriminately on students and faculty, injuring four students, across the Atlantic 17-year-old Dutch student in the city of Veghel did a repeat performance, wounding three students and a teacher in a school computer lab. Look for some serious gun-control legislation in Holland quite soon.
The boy in Oklahoma reportedly has made statements to the effect that he has "no idea" what prompted him to fire a deadly weapon repeatedly at the hapless bystanders. "No idea?" There has GOT to be a reason of some kind why this boy, described as smart, popular, intelligent and likable, went into a homicidal rage. The thing to look for in this instance and the Holland case is the two perpetrators having been targeted by mind control programming from one or more sources.
Systems such as the "Silent Sound" technology discussed in a recent NewsHawk article "Silent SoundMass Mind Control Technology Now ACTIVE" (reprinted at the very END of this email), as well as subliminal programming in mass entertainment (TV, computer/video games, movies, pop music) ULF/ELF mood-altering transmissions as well as Montauk/HAARP-type mind/mood-control EM/RF transmissions are the likely programming agents used to precipitate these incidents and a great number of similar such incidents. HAARP transmissions, of course, have global, planet-wide coverage.

"This settlement reaffirms the principle that public schools cannot require students to check their faith at the schoolhouse door."
Assistant Attorney General R. Alexander Acosta
(AP) A sixth-grade Muslim girl in Oklahoma can wear a head scarf to school under a settlement between the school district and the Justice Department, officials announced Wednesday.
The six-year agreement, filed in U.S. District Court in Oklahoma, also requires the Muskogee Public School District to change its dress code to allow exceptions for religious reasons.
"This settlement reaffirms the principle that public schools cannot require students to check their faith at the schoolhouse door," said R. Alexander Acosta, assistant attorney general for civil rights. The government filed suit in March on behalf of 11-year-old Nashala Hearn. She had been suspended twice by the district for wearing a head scarf, or hijab, to class. School officials said her clothing violated a dress code banning hats and other head coverings.

*4/30/04 Update: The splendor and wonder that is Anne P. sent me this link to a presentation she used for Legislative Day Concerning Oklahoma Libraries there is some good info concerning School Libraries (we're rank #18). And the bonus with this presentation is she cites her sources!!!
I ran across an article which stated: In 2003 California ranked 51st among all the states in librarian-to-student ratio with one school librarian for every 4,379 students. The national average is one librarian for every 873 students.
Sobeing a librarian I was curiousWhere does Oklahoma stand in the ranking of librarian to student ratios?
Awww the first step in research accomplished. A solid question.
I turn back to the article in question to find out where they obtained their dataand no where does it state from where they get their numbers. (*sigh* the burden of the librariandealing with halfa$$ citations/research).
So I turn to the California PTA websiteand all I find is a press release of the original story. (*sigh* just like TVif you say it 3maybe 5times on the internet it's trueI guess)

JUSTICE DEPARTMENT FILES COMPLAINT AGAINST OKLAHOMA SCHOOL DISTRICT SEEKING TO PROTECT STUDENT’S RIGHT TO WEAR HEADSCARF TO PUBLIC SCHOOL
WASHINGTON, D.C.
- The Department of Justice today announced that it will seek to intervene in a lawsuit pending against the Muskogee, Oklahoma Public School District to protect the right of a sixth-grade Muslim girl to wear a headscarf to school. According to the complaint, filed today in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Oklahoma, the student was twice suspended from the Benjamin Franklin Science Academy for refusing to take off her headscarf, or hijab, after being told that it violated the school’s dress code. That code prohibits students from wearing hats, caps, bandanas, or jacket hoods inside school buildings. The girl and her parents filed suit in October 2003. The Justice Department, in addition to its complaint, filed a motion to intervene in the private litigation. The case is entitled Hearn et al. v. Muskogee Public School District 020. “No student should be forced to choose between following her faith and enjoying the benefits of a public education,” said Assistant Attorney General R. Alexander Acosta. “We certainly respect local school systems’ authority to set dress standards, and otherwise regulate their students, but such rules cannot come at the cost of constitutional liberties. Religious discrimination has no place in American schools.”
