The clock is ticking tick, tick, tick, tick, tick On Tuesday February 26, 2003, the Oklahoma Football League announced that dark horse Quinton, Oklahoma has accepted the challenge of hosting the 1st annual Oklahoma Football League's Kickoff Classic. Quinton, Oklahoma, better known for being between Arrowhead State Park at Eufaula Lake and Robbers Cave State Park in the Sansbois Mountains is now the OFFICIAL site of the start of the OFL season. The City and its supporting school board decided that they could host the show as well as anyone and they we're ready to do it NOW! They are producing the game at their local high school field and some of the profits will go to support the school, its athletics programs, and education costs. When asked what they thought about the OFL coming to Quinton an administrator said "Quinton is ready. We have the facility, the manpower and the willingness to have a great organization like the Oklahoma Football League and two spectacular teams like the Bulls and Panthers!" The Kickoff Classic was originally scheduled to take place in Oklahoma's largest metroplex, downtown Oklahoma City at historic Taft Memorial Stadium, but due to Taft's financial issues the league was forced to relocate.

Pray Law Library was opened in January of 2002. The library features the Chapman Reading Room along with a new computer lab and six study rooms. The new addition to the law school also contains the Dick Bell Courtroom and Auditorium. The Dedication of the Building was held on April 30, 2002. Supreme Court Justice Sandra Day O'Connor gave the keynote address. The Dedication was the culmination of a building project that began on October 22, 1999 with the groundbreaking for the new addition. The groundbreaking was a part of the celebration of the 90th Anniversary of the College of Law. A photo archive was kept that contains pictures of the construction progress. Visitors to the law library can view a map to the Donald E. Pray Law Library online.
