McGee Avenue Oklahoma City, OK 73102 Job Line The Oklahoma City office officially opened for business on August 2, 1920. The original office was located on the second floor of the Continental Building at the corner of Second and Broadway. In 1923, the Branch moved to a new building on the corner of Harvey and Third Street, our current office location. In 1958, the property adjacent to the original building was purchased, and the building was expanded to meet the operational demands of the Branch. Today, the Branch serves as a bank for Oklahoma's financial institutions, providing them with numerous financial services. Also, bank examiners housed at the Oklahoma City branch supervise all Oklahoma bank holding companies and their non-bank subsidiaries, and state-chartered banks that are members of the Federal Reserve System. Tours Business, civic, senior citizen, foreign visitors, and school groups, junior high school age and above, are invited to tour the Oklahoma City Branch. Daily tours are given Monday through Thursday, 9:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. Reservations are required and tours should be booked at least two weeks in advance. Tour groups can range in size from five to thirty individuals. Tours last approximately one and one-half hours and include visits to the Bank's operating areas, as well as a brief film explaining the Federal Reserve System.
