Our Mission
ADA-OHIO is a state wide non-profit organization that provides information, technical assistance and training about the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) to individuals, businesses, state and local government agencies or municipalities. Anyone who has a question about the ADA is encouraged to call our office. ADA-OHIO information, materials and technical assistance are intended solely as informal guidance, and are neither a determination of your legal rights or responsibilities under the Act, nor binding on any agency with enforcement responsibility under the ADA. We also want to know what happens with your situation. Whether you are an individual with a disability or represent a business, government agency or municipality, please give us a call or write us with an update on your progress with issues related to the ADA. Information from you could help someone else with a similar situation. As another way to help people learn about their responsibilities and rights under the ADA
