There is a great drop down list there of the many projects that this great group has worked on together to create data on line for you the researcher, including a search system that allows you to search all the sites of NEGenWeb Project. This group of individuals comes from all over the country and is dedicated to getting the best there is in the way of research data on line, all kept in control by our own "Mother Hen"
Connie Snyder. Nebraska Place Names We also have "Nebraska Place Names", Lilian Linder Fitzpatrick, 1925 online. It's similar to Perkey's, but maybe not as complete. Looking for that lost town in Nebraska, this along with the 1895 atlas are great resources for you to use. Connie Snyder the State Coordinator transcribed this book. Poems and Sketches of Nebraska This book published in 1908 by Addison Erwin Sheldon with over 70 titles and about 65 images is beautiful. According to Lynn Waterman, the host of the wonderful Legacy site who transcribed this book for the library, this little book has something for everyone: Sports, war story, Indians and cowboys, love story, poems written in German, Sioux Indian, etc. The images and writings are beautiful. Thanks again Lynn!

Library Security Resources: A Bibliography Michael Lorenzen Central Michigan University This is my bibliography of print resources for library security. I became interested in this topic when I wrote my thesis for my Master of Library Science degree. I explored security issues in Ohio academic libraries. I followed this up with my thesis for my Master of Education degree which explored the same issue nationally. After getting an academic job, I published four more articles relating to the topic. I no longer consider myself an active researcher in the library security field. However, I have endeavored to keep my bibliography of library security current. Many have asked me for copies of this list over the years and my hope is that by putting this online that many will benefit from being able to access it. If you have suggestions for this list, please e-mail me. (I am not putting my e-mail address online due to spam bots. But with a little research I am sure you can find it.) This list was last updated on 5 April 2004.. Bibliography: Abareh, H.M. (2001). An exploratory survey of book loss, theft and damage in Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University (ATBU), Bauchi, Nigeria.
