Missouri Introduction: This site is an educational service of Physician.info that is free for both consumers and providers. It is intended to provide people with educational links to help them: to find a physician in Missouri (find a doctor in Missouri), including information about physician practice locations and credentials: and to find which physicians are on the medical staff at which hospitals in Missouri. While these resources are available elsewhere on the internet, the goal of Physician.info is to provide them all for Missouri through one website. For answers to your health insurance questions, you may wish to visit HealthInsurance.info . Some of the links listed below are specific to Missouri. Other links are general databases that allow consumers to narrow their search to Missouri. This site is for educational purposes only. If you use this site, you agree to do so at your own risk. You should contact providers directly and get information before making any decisions. We do not recommend any specific providers. As is the case with search engine results, the quality of the websites to which the following links go varies considerably. This means we believe that all teaching among God's people must be drawn from the clear truth of God's eternal Word, the Bible, and that our strength and vitality as Christians comes only from that divine Word. Our focus is on the cross on which our Savior, Jesus Christ, died so that we might live with Him here in time and in eternity. (I Timothy 3:15b) Welcome Messgae from the Pastor
Honored Guest:
I have the privilege of pastoring Progressive Missionary Baptist Church, and I would like to thank you for visiting our home page.
Progressive is a ministry-oriented church where we strive to honor and serve God every day, not just Sunday morning. We have a myriad of different ministries that go on throughout the week where Progressive members are the heart-and-soul of the projects.
We feel that to be an effective church in the twenty-first century, we must have a church body that follows the model Paul described in his letter to the Ephesians. In other words, we must actively use our spiritual gifts by continually ministering to each
other, the surrounding community, and the world.

Worship
Worship is the very center of our life as God's people in Christ our Lord and Savior. In worship together, we receive from God His grace and forgiveness in Word and Sacrament. In worship together, we return to God our thanks and praise. Our services are at 10:00am Sunday morning after Christian Education at 9:00am. Typically our format is a traditional service using Communion Setting II from the Lutheran Book of Worship. Several times a year we worship with the more contemporary Chicago Folk Mass or with a "theme" service on (for example) evangelism, missions, or women's ministries. Mid-week services are offered during the Advent and Lenten seasons, and other opportunities for worship are provided throughout the year.

The spring 2004 semester has started off with a bang for members of your Professional Staff Council. We have discussed important issues such as a potential university name change, possibly leaving the MSU consortium to become self-insured, and the upcoming re-accreditation visit from the Higher Learning Commission on March 1-3. If you have not done so, I highly encourage you to visit http://www.cmsu.edu/hlc2004 The selection process is underway for the John Paul Mees Outstanding Professional Staff Award, which was established by the Council last year. The recipient will be announced shortly, and the award will be presented during the annual Professional Staff Luncheon on April 28. I hope you will be able to attend. Thanks to everyone who has supported the Mees Award by purchasing PAS tickets through the new PSC ticket outlet (half the proceeds support the Mees Award), raffle tickets and payroll deduction.
