MISSING CHILDREN ORGANIZATIONS POLLY KLAAS FOUNDATION THE NATION'S MISSING CHILDREN ORGANIZATION CHILD QUEST INTERNATIONAL NATIONAL MISSING CHILDREN CENTER ... PUBLIC RECORDS NET We hear about it all the time. A child is abducted by a perfect stranger and vanishes forever. If we are lucky enough to catch the scumbag, we usually find he has been in and out of prison his whole adult life. Then the media conducts interviews with the scumbags neighbors, ex-girlfriends, school mates and friends turning him into a instant celebrity. This is probably fun for someone who has lived in prison for most of their adult life.

About the Arkansas Missing Children Services Program The Arkansas Missing Children Services Program (AMCSP) located in the Outreach Division of the Attorney General's Office serves as Arkansas' statewide clearinghouse. The mission of AMCSP is to assist in the recovery and prevention of missing children and to educate the public on child safety issues. AMCSP serves as a central repository of information on missing children and is the main point of contact between the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children and non-profit missing children organizations in the state. AMCSP provides a statewide toll-free hotline for reports and sightings of missing children, serves as a liaison and provides referrals for families, law enforcement, social service agencies and other state clearinghouses. The clearinghouse maintains a database on missing children cases, flags birth and school records, assists in the creation and distribution of missing children fliers and has NCIC access. As part of their photo-partnership campaign, AMCSP distributes fliers of missing children to law enforcement, schools, social service agencies and many local businesses. The clearinghouse also provides training and technical assistance for law enforcement and assists by providing access to other state clearinghouses and the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children through Compuserve and the Internet.

Welcome to HomeFires , the first organization of its kind comprised of volunteer investigative professionals dedicated to assisting in the search for missing children. The HomeFires concept was born in July 1997, by RJ Bacon and Robert Morton.    The idea that professional private investigators from around the country would band together via the Internet and aid parents, law enforcement, and missing children organizations toward the safe recovery of missing children evolved and the organization became known as HomeFires.    A national, all volunteer investigative task force was carefully cultivated, and in 1998 HomeFires became the first missing children organization where volunteers are the owners of licensed, bonded, and insured private investigation agencies. Volunteers also include information and support professionals volunteering their skills and resources to help find missing children. With near instantaneous communication via the internet, solid leads can be rapidly investigated by calling upon the collective professional experience of HomeFires volunteers, who have developed an enhanced system of support and training.
HomeFires volunteers recognize the delicate nature of the missing child situation, and strive to provide education to other members of the private investigation profession on how to conduct ethical, efficient, economical, and successful investigations.

Finding Lost, Abducted, or Missing
Locating missing, lost, abducted, or otherwise misplaced children and adults...
MissingChild ACC is non-profit organization that deals with grave situations of intense consequence to those involved: Missing, Lost, or Abducted Children & Adults. Since 1997, Project Find has been utilizing psychics, intuitives, and otherwise gifted individuals to help in solving "missing persons" and "abducted children" cases. Many of our gifted volunteers are quite noted in their field, have authored books, or have appeared on TV - and choose to donate a certain portion of their time to this world wide network of free assistance. MissingChild ACC has an excellent success ratio! MissingChild ACC has NEVER BEFORE solicited donations, or funding, and all operating costs have been paid for and donated by our volunteers. Operating costs have grown, and it is sad to report that we may soon have to start turning away requests for help. With an ALL VOLUNTEER staff, you can be assured that 100% of your tax deductible donation will be utilized properly and go directly towards basic operating expenses such as office supplies, postage, phone bills, etc. Whatever you can donate would be appreciated. $1, $10, $1000, or more - Your donation will enable us to keep this service available to all in need.
