Miracles can happen by changing one's life-style incorporating positive thinking in life, and developing a belief in God through spirituality that manifests itself through life. Our commitment to developing the mind, body and spiritual aspects of life has grown in strength over the passing years. One need only hear the many miraculous testimonials offered by our guests to realize the wonderful things that happen when we learn and apply an improved life-style. Many centuries ago, Hippocrates, known as the "father of medicine", taught that wholesome natural foods could restore health. The human body is self-regenerating and self-cleansing and, when given the proper tools with which to work can maintain its natural state of well-being. Here at the Optimum Health Institute guests learn that by being consciously aware, positive thinking can be controlled from within. One needs to take direct action in addressing both major and minor health challenges by detoxifying the mind of negative thinking and the body of toxins. This process is essential in building the golden bridge to spirituality and developing the balance needed for optimum health. We share with you nature's secrets to health and vitality and teach you how to care for your body. Here you will discover how to cleanse your body with 100% living foods. The program will prepare you to continue on the natural path when you leave the Institute and return home.

The All Wales Forum for
Senior Nurses in Child and Adolescent Mental Health
Home Page.

Introduction Hello. Welcome to the All Wales CAMHS Senior Nurse Forum homepage. If you've been looking for us, we hope it didn't take too long to find us at this URL (w.w.w. address). We also hope this gives you some useful information. We first met in 1993 with a brief to share good practice in Child and Adolescent Mental Health nursing. Each member of the forum is a senior nurse with clinical and management responsibilities for an NHS Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service in Wales, a principality of the United Kingdom. All the CAMH Services in NHS Wales are represented. Initially, the Forum just provided a venue to its members for information exchange and support, but over time our workload, reputation and influence has grown. For example, we have co-opted membership of the Welsh Nursing and Midwifery Committee, and have been invited to provide expert evidence to the Carlile Review of safeguards for children in Welsh National Health Service provision ('Too Serious a Thing' NAW 2002). Forum members also sit on the Implementation Group and sub-groups of the Welsh Assembly Government's Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service Strategy and the CAMHS and medicines groups of the Welsh National Service Framework for Children. We were re-constituted in 1999 as a subgroup of the Nurse Executive Wales group and have had support from the Office of the Chief Nursing Officer in Wales since our beginning. The Forum has no direct funding, (i.e. no income), but we are supported directly by the National Health Service Trusts that employ us.
